Start your first morning.

Three simple steps to set up a wake-up that works for you.

Set your time

Add an alarm.

Open Alarms, tap Add alarm, choose a time and repeat days, and make sure the alarm is enabled before saving.

Choose your challenge

Make a small first move.

Pick Quick Maths, Shake, or Typing. Set a comfortable target, or try a mission first from the Missions tab.

Let your alarm through.

Allow the requested alarm and notification permissions. Test an alarm a few minutes ahead on your device.

A few quick answers.

Help with alarms, reminders, and your next small win.

Why didn’t my alarm sound?
  • Check that the alarm is enabled and that its time and repeat days are correct.
  • Open Pushy Settings and check Alarm access and Mission notifications.
  • Find Pushy in your device’s Settings and review the available alarm, notification, and sound permissions.
  • Check your volume and whether audio is routed to headphones or another device.
  • For notification-based alarms, check Silent mode and Focus settings too.

Test another alarm a few minutes ahead. If it still does not work as expected, email us with your device and iOS/iPadOS version.

Which iPhone and iPad versions are supported?

Pushy supports iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17 or later.

On version 26 and later, Pushy uses system alarms through AlarmKit. On versions 17–25, scheduled alarms use local notifications, which follow your notification, sound, Silent mode, and Focus settings.

On older supported systems, tap the alarm notification to open your mission and start looping sound inside Pushy. Notification delivery and uninterrupted background sound are not guaranteed.

How do I complete or stop an alarm?

Open the active alarm in Pushy and finish its assigned mission. Completing the target stops the app’s mission sound and cancels its associated reminders.

Practice missions can be exited using the close button. iOS retains its own system alarm and audio controls.

Why do mission reminders keep appearing?

Reminders help bring you back when a real alarm mission is unfinished. Open Pushy and complete the active mission to clear its reminders.

If reminders continue after completion, contact us with the alarm time, your device model, and what happened.

My Shake mission isn’t counting.

Hold your device securely and make gentle, distinct shakes while Pushy is open on the mission screen. Keep a steady pace so each movement can be counted.

Shake needs a device with supported motion sensors. You can choose Quick Maths or Typing for a different way to begin your morning.

Why isn’t my typed phrase accepted?

Match the words and punctuation shown on screen. Capitalization and spaces before or after your answer do not matter, but missing words, punctuation, or extra spaces between words can prevent a match.

Check the phrase once more, then tap Check phrase.

How do I change haptic feedback?

Open Pushy Settings and use the Haptics switch. It is on by default and controls feedback for app buttons and mission interactions.

Haptic feedback depends on your device’s hardware and system settings.

Do I need an account? Where is my data stored?

No account is required. Your alarm settings, wake-up profile, mission progress, and morning history are stored locally on your device.

You can clear morning history in Settings. Read our Privacy Policy for details about local storage, device backups, permissions, and support messages.
